2025 Benelli TRK 502 & TRK 502 X – Adventure Tourers Start at Rs 6.20 Lakh
Benelli recently released the new TRK 502 and 502X bikes in India. These updated models come with some exciting features and a price increase of Rs 35,000. The TRK 502, perfect for road trips, is now priced at Rs 6.20 lakh, while the adventure-oriented Benelli TRK 502 X is available at Rs 6.80 lakh (ex-showroom, India).

Key Updates in the 2025 Benelli TRK 502 Range
Benelli’s TRK 502 lineup has remained largely unchanged since its initial debut in 2019. However, for 2025, the brand has finally introduced a series of enhancements to improve rider comfort and safety.
New Features Added:
- Enhanced Comfort: Heated grips and a heated rider’s seat ensure a more comfortable ride in colder conditions.
- Advanced Technology: A brand-new TFT display now offers offline maps and smartphone connectivity.
- Improved Safety: A Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) helps maintain optimal tire conditions, and the inclusion of a slipper clutch enhances control.
- Upgraded Wheels: The off-road-focused Benelli TRK 502 X now features cross-spoke tubeless wheels, replacing the previous spoked design.

Weight and Design Comparison
Interestingly, despite its adventure-focused build, the TRK 502 X weighs less (213kg dry weight) than the road-oriented TRK 502 (223kg dry weight). This is despite the TRK 502 X’s inclusion of a high-mounted exhaust, whereas the TRK 502 sticks with an underbelly exhaust. Benelli has also tweaked the aluminum swingarm for improved handling.

Benelli TRK 502 Engine and Performance
Both motorcycles continue to be powered by a 500cc, inline-2, liquid-cooled engine, delivering 47hp and 46Nm of torque, paired with a six-speed gearbox. The seat height remains accessible at 800mm, while ground clearance stands at 190mm, making both models versatile for long-distance touring and light off-road adventures.
Pricing and Color Options
The new Benelli TRK 502 bikes offer some cool color options for you to choose from. The TRK 502 comes in Black and White for Rs 6.20 lakh, while the TRK 502X has a White and Green option for Rs 6.70 lakh. If you’re up for something unique, there’s a Limited Edition in Yellow with golden rims for Rs 6.85 lakh, with a Rs 15,000 premium.
