Ducati brings the all-new 2025 Ducati Panigale V2 to India — a lighter, more affordable superbike powered by an 890cc V-twin (120hp) and priced from Rs 19.12 lakh.
Ducati has introduced the updated Panigale V2 to the Indian market, positioning the model as a more accessible and lighter superbike than its predecessor. The 2025 Ducati Panigale V2 is powered by a fresh 890cc, 90-degree V-twin that produces 120hp at 10,750rpm and 93.3Nm at 8,250rpm, and the engine is E20 compliant — a clear shift toward usability and modern emissions norms.

Where Ducati has sacrificed peak power it has gained in mass and balance. The Panigale V2 S tips the scales at just 175kg (dry), while the standard Panigale V2 comes in at around 179kg — making these the lightest Panigale models Ducati has offered. The brand says the change in character is deliberate: lower peak numbers but a more approachable, usable power delivery for everyday riding and tight tracks.

Pricing makes the story more interesting for Indian buyers. Ducati has priced the base Panigale V2 at Rs 19.12 lakh (ex-showroom), the higher-spec V2 S gets listed at Rs 21.09 lakh (ex-showroom). That puts the new V2 below the outgoing 955cc model in sticker price, reinforcing Ducati’s intent to broaden the model’s appeal.
Visually the new 2025 Ducati Panigale V2 follows Ducati’s recent design language, taking cues from its larger siblings while keeping a focused, aerodynamic silhouette. The package aims to deliver vivid track performance without the extreme power that can make liter-class machines intimidating for many riders. Electronic rider aids and chassis hardware remain sophisticated, tuned for the V-twin’s new characteristics.
