2025 Kawasaki Z900 Launched with Advanced Electronics, New Colours & Same Powerful 948cc Engine.
The much-awaited 2025 Kawasaki Z900 has finally been launched in India, priced at Rs 9.52 lakh (ex-showroom). The iconic streetfighter now complies with Euro5+ emission standards and introduces several enhancements aimed at improving ride quality and safety. This updated model brings several exciting upgrades in electronics, ride dynamics, and features, enhancing its appeal to motorcycle enthusiasts.

2025 Kawasaki Z900 Design & features
Staying true to Kawasaki’s aggressive naked-bike styling, the 2025 Z900 features a redesigned LED headlamp for a sharper front profile, complemented by a sleeker taillamp. It maintains the signature sculpted fuel tank, alloy wheels, and the sporty split-seat configuration. Buyers can choose between two dual-tone color schemes: Black with Grey/Green,Black with Red.

Kawasaki improved the Z900’s handling by adding adjustable upside-down front forks and a rear monoshock. Both can be tuned for preload and rebound. The bike has dual 300mm front disc brakes with four-piston calipers, which increase stopping power. At the back, a 250mm disc brake helps slow the bike more smoothly. The 17-inch wheels now come with new Dunlop Sportmax Q5A tires, offering better grip and stability on the road.

Cutting-Edge Electronics & Ride Tech
Kawasaki has added big tech updates to improve how the bike rides. It now features a six-axis IMU for better cornering ABS and traction control. Cruise control makes long highway rides more comfortable. The throttle-by-wire system responds more smoothly. A bidirectional quickshifter helps shift gears more easily. There are three main ride modes—Sport, Road, and Rain—plus a fourth mode you can customize. All these features are managed through a new 5-inch TFT display that also connects to your smartphone.

2025 Kawasaki Z900: Engine & Performance
Kawasaki keeps the popular 948cc liquid-cooled inline-four engine, now with more improvements. It still produces 123 bhp at 9,500 rpm and 98.6 Nm of torque at 7,700 rpm. The updates include a new camshaft profile, electronic throttle valves, and a revised ECU. These changes help the engine deliver power more smoothly and reduce sudden spikes. As a result, the bike feels more linear and easier to control. Fuel efficiency is also improved by up to 16%, making it more economy-friendly.
