Triumph Speed Twin 900 Design and Hardware
The 2025 model features a major styling refresh, including a redesigned fuel tank, a compact headlight, and shorter silencers. These changes give the bike a cleaner and more modern look. It is available in three new color options: Pure White with bold accents, Phantom Black with gold details, and Aluminum Silver with a red outline.

Triumph has significantly upgraded the chassis of the Speed Twin 900. The bike now boasts a stiffer aluminum swingarm, Marzocchi upside-down forks, and piggyback rear suspension. These improvements make the bike more agile while still offering a comfortable ride. The braking system has also been enhanced with a larger 320 mm front disc and a four-piston caliper for better performance.
The new riding position offers more room for your legs, and the bench seat has been redesigned to match the slimmer rear frame. An optional low seat lowers the height by 20 mm to 760 mm, making it accessible to a wider range of riders. The slightly reduced rear wheel travel (from 120 mm to 110 mm) improves control without sacrificing comfort.
