Subaru of America has unveiled the 2026 Subaru Uncharted EV, an all-electric compact crossover engineered to deliver sporty performance, advanced technology, and long-range capability. Officially introduced in New York City, this marks a bold new direction for Subaru’s electrified future.

Performance & Powertrain
The vehicle produces up to 338 horsepower from dual electric motors on the front and rear axles. It can go from 0 to 60 mph in less than 5 seconds, providing lively acceleration. You can choose from Premium FWD, Sport, and GT trims. The Sport and GT models come with Subaru’s standard Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive for better traction.

The estimated driving range for the Premium FWD model is over 300 miles, while the AWD versions get around 290 miles. It features a 74.7-kWh lithium-ion battery and has an 11-kW onboard charger, which allows for Level 1 and Level 2 home charging.
Supports DC fast charging up to 150 kW through the NACS charge port. You can reach 80% charge in about 30 minutes, even in cold weather, thanks to onboard battery preconditioning. You also get access to over 15,000 Tesla Supercharger stations across the country.

2026 Subaru Uncharted EV: Design & Interior
The vehicle features a sleek look with sporty lines and offers 18- or 20-inch wheel options. On the GT trim, you can choose an optional two-tone roof for a stylish touch. It has a compact size and a turning radius similar to the Subaru Crosstrek, making it easy to handle in city streets.
Behind the second row, there is more than 25 cubic feet of cargo space for your belongings. Standard in the All-Weather Package are heated seats, a heated steering wheel, heated mirrors, and a windshield wiper de-icer to stay comfortable in cold weather.

The vehicle comes with a 14-inch touchscreen infotainment system that features wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™. Two wireless chargers are located at the front, and there are USB-C ports available for passengers in the back. All versions include EyeSight® driver-assist features, such as Pre-Collision Braking, Lane Departure Alert, and Advanced Adaptive Cruise Control.
