Aprilia RS 457 Price Hike from January 2025: New Ex-Showroom Price at Rs 4.20 Lakhs
Piaggio India Vehicles shared that from January 1, 2025, the Aprilia RS 457, their mid-performance sports bike, will be priced Rs 10,000 higher. This price increase affects all three color options of the RS 457 and will be reflected in the current ex-showroom prices throughout India. After the adjustment, the 2025 Aprilia RS 457 will be priced at Rs 4.20 lakhs (ex-showroom).
As the year comes to a close, many shoppers head to stores to take advantage of great deals. Aprilia is joining in on the savings by offering special discounts at its stores in India until December 31, 2024. You can enjoy year-end savings of Rs 5,000. Along with the RS 457 model, Aprilia, and Vespa are giving discounts of up to Rs 13,000 on scooters from December 3 to December 25, 2024.

Aprilia RS 457: Design, Hardware and Features
The Aprilia RS 457 comes in two versions with three color options: Prismatic Dark, Racing Stripes, and Opalescent Light. This bike is equipped with advanced technology like a ride-by-wire throttle which offers three-level traction control, ABS, and three ride modes: Sport, Road, and Rain. You can easily manage all these features using the 5-inch TFT display that has Bluetooth connectivity. This system lets you answer calls and switch music tracks without any hassle while you ride.
This motorcycle features a sturdy twin-spar aluminum frame. The front suspension has preload-adjustable USD forks, while the rear has a preload-adjustable monoshock. For braking, it boasts a 320mm front disc with a 4-piston radial caliper. In the back, there’s a 220mm disc brake setup with dual-channel ABS. The bike rides on 17-inch wheels with 110-section front and 150-section rear TVS Eurogrip Protorq Extreme tires. With a weight of 175kg.

Aprilia RS 457: Engine
The Aprilia RS 457 is fueled by a 457 cc parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine generating 46.7 bhp at 9,400 rpm and 43.5 Nm of torque at 6,700 rpm. It is paired with a 6-speed gearbox, featuring a slip-and-assist clutch and the option for a quick shifter. This bike is equipped with a 13-liter fuel tank.
