Benelli TRK 902 Xplorer: Adventure Bike Upgraded with Powerful 904cc Engine
Benelli has recently unveiled its latest adventure bike, the TRK 902 Xplorer, which promises to be the most rugged motorcycle the company has ever produced. This new model is set to compete with some of the biggest names in the adventure bike segment, including the KTM 890 Adventure, Husqvarna Norden 901, BMW F900GS, and Suzuki V-Strom 800 DE.

Benelli TRK 902 Xplorer Design and Features
The Benelli TRK 902 Xplorer is built around a robust steel trellis frame, giving it a sturdy and adventurous look. Despite its rugged appearance, the bike features a 19-inch front wheel and a 17-inch rear wheel, which might raise questions about its off-road capabilities compared to the more traditional 21-inch front and 18-inch rear setup.
The TRK 902 Xplorer is equipped with fully adjustable 50mm USD forks at the front and a mono-shock with adjustable rebound and spring preload at the rear. Both ends offer 200mm of suspension travel, making the bike well-suited for off-road adventures. The bike rides on Pirelli Scorpion rally tyres, which are known for their reliability and performance in various terrains.

Benelli has packed the TRK 902 Xplorer with modern features to enhance the riding experience. The bike comes with a TFT dash that includes Bluetooth and navigation connectivity, ensuring that riders can stay connected and find their way even in the most remote locations.
Benelli TRK 902 Xplorer Engine and Performance
At the heart of the TRK 902 Xplorer is a 904cc parallel-twin liquid-cooled engine. This engine, which produces around 99bhp, is an evolution of the 754cc engine found in previous models. To achieve the increased displacement and performance, Benelli has modified the bore and stroke of the engine. The power is transmitted through a six-speed gearbox, although details about the inclusion of a quick-shifter are not yet available.

Global Launch and Availability
While the global launch of the TRK 902 Xplorer is expected to take place sometime next year, it is unfortunate that the bike will not be available in India anytime soon.
