Honda has officially launched the 2025 Honda Dio 125 in India, bringing exciting upgrades, including a new OBD-2 B-compliant engine and a 4.2-inch TFT display with smartphone connectivity. However, the latest iteration comes at a higher price, raising questions about its value proposition.

Honda’s decision to include the TFT display instead of a traditional LCD screen has contributed to the price hike. However, experts believe that an LCD console with turn-by-turn navigation could have been a better choice, maintaining affordability while offering similar functionality.

For buyers seeking a stylish, fuel-efficient, and modern sporty scooter, the Dio 125 is a solid option. However, if performance and feature-rich connectivity are top priorities, competitors like the TVS NTorq 125 might offer better value.
