How It Works

Interested buyers can browse through the available Suzuki two-wheeler models on Flipkart, choose the variant they prefer, and complete their booking online. Once booked, the nearest authorized Suzuki dealership will assist with the paperwork and final delivery process. This ensures a streamlined experience, combining the convenience of digital browsing with the reliability of traditional dealership support.

The collaboration between Suzuki and Flipkart aligns with the evolving consumer behavior in India, where digital platforms play a significant role in purchase decisions. Customers in smaller cities and towns increasingly rely on e-commerce, and this initiative seeks to tap into this growing market.

Deepak Mutreja, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Suzuki Motorcycle India, emphasized that the brand aims to cater to the rising preference for online purchases. He stated that Suzuki wants to offer buyers a more accessible and efficient way to explore and engage with its offerings. Meanwhile, Flipkart’s Senior Director, Sujith S Agashe, noted that this partnership is part of Flipkart’s ongoing efforts to enhance convenience for Indian consumers.
