Triumph Motorcycles India recently adjusted the prices of its roadster lineup. This update covers models like the Triumph Street Triple R, and RS, Trident 660, and Speed Triple 1200 RS.
The prices for the Trident 660 and Speed Triple 1200 RS have not changed. However, the Street Triple R is now available at Rs 9.95 lakh. This is a reduction of Rs 48,000 for the Pure White and Silver Ice versions and Rs 22,000 for the Matte Baja Orange and Crystal White options, which are now priced at Rs 10.21 lakh.
The top-of-the-line Street Triple RS now costs Rs 12.21 lakh for colors like Phantom Black, Carnival Red, and Cosmic Yellow, marking a rise of Rs 14,000. On the other hand, the Silver Ice option is now priced at Rs 11.95 lakh after a decrease of Rs 12,000. These prices are for ex-showroom purchases.
Triumph Street Triple R, RS: capabilities, strength
The Triumph Street Triple 765 bikes come with a 765cc, liquid-cooled, three-cylinder engine. In the R version, you get 120hp at 11,500rpm, and in the RS version, a punchier 130hp at 12,000rpm. Both editions churn out the same 80Nm torque at 9,500rpm. Also, they come with a six-speed gearbox that includes a bidirectional quick-shifter as a standard feature.
The R model keeps the trusty Brembo M4.32 monobloc calipers from before, but the RS version steps it up with the new Brembo Stylema units, trading out the reliable M50s it had. The Street Triple R cruises on Continental ContiRoad tires, whereas the RS, built for the track, boasts Pirelli’s high-performance Supercorsa SP V3 rubber for that extra grip.

Both bikes come with a range of advanced electronics that use IMU technology, such as traction control, ABS, and different riding modes. The R model offers four riding modes – Rain, Road, Sport, and Rider. The RS model goes a step ahead by adding a Track riding mode along with the ones mentioned earlier. The Triumph Street Triple R has a digital display that looks like the Trident’s, while the RS has a colorful TFT dashboard.
In recent updates, Triumph Daytona 660 bikes are now being delivered to stores as they gear up for the launch in India. On top of that, Triumph has just revealed a special Bonneville T120 Elvis Presley Edition, with only 925 units up for grabs globally.
