First Porsche Charging Lounge in Switzerland, offering ultra-fast 400 kW charging, luxury amenities, and seamless access via the My Porsche app.

Porsche has officially opened its first Charging Lounge in Switzerland, strategically located in Signy-Avenex near Nyon, close to Lake Geneva and the A1 motorway. This marks the seventh exclusive fast-charging station in Europe, joining five in Germany and one in Austria.

Charging station offers a capacity of up to 400 kW. There are six fast-charging spots available. The Taycan can go from 10% to 80% in only 18 minutes, while the Macan takes around 21 minutes. The cost is just 0.39 CHF per kWh, and payments are handled through Porsche Charging Service.

Lounge Experience: Comfort Beyond Charging

Porsche Charging Lounge combines speed with comfort and style. Inside, guests find lounge chairs, refreshments, a coffee machine, a water dispenser, and clean, modern restrooms. Outside, there are seating areas with built-in speakers for relaxing or socializing.

Free high-speed Wi-Fi keeps visitors connected. Security is tight, with CCTV cameras watching around the clock for peace of mind. The lounge’s modular design, created with Studio F.A. Porsche, matches brand style with the local setting.

Seamless Access via My Porsche App

The My Porsche app was recently ranked number one by Auto Bild out of 32 OEM charging apps. It includes features like real-time lounge location updates and license plate recognition for automatic entry. Users can also access chargers with a QR code or a Porsche Charging Card.

Billing is simple with an all-in-one system and quick payment options for one-time charges. This design makes charging easier while keeping the luxury feel Porsche is known for.

GOFAST Partnership: Strengthening Swiss EV Infrastructure

Porsche has partnered with GOFAST AG, Switzerland’s leading fast-charging network operator. With 90 stations already active and plans to expand to 200+, GOFAST enhances Porsche’s reach and reliability across the country.

Other Preferred Partners include IONITY and Aral pulse, contributing thousands of high-speed charging points across Europe.
