Honda India launches the new Honda Dio 125 X-Edition in India with sporty dual-tone visuals and a TFT dial at ₹87,733 (ex-showroom).
Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) has added a fresh flavour to its popular 125cc scooter lineup with the launch of the all-new Honda Dio 125 X-Edition in India. Priced at ₹87,733 (ex-showroom, Delhi), the standard Dio 125. The biggest talking point for the Dio 125 X-Edition is its striking dual-tone colour scheme, which blends Pearl Siren Blue with Pearl Deep Ground Grey, offset by bold red alloy wheels and unique X-Edition decals.

Under the sheet metal, Honda hasn’t altered the scooter’s mechanical package. It continues to draw power from a 123.92-cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine that generates around 8.1-8.3 PS of power and 10.5 Nm of torque. The transmission remains automatic, delivering smooth power delivery and predictable performance.

While the X-Edition mirrors the standard Dio 125 in many aspects, it comes equipped with a TFT instrument cluster, enhancing visibility and usability for riders. Although this TFT screen doesn’t support Bluetooth smartphone connectivity or turn-by-turn navigation (features reserved for the top-spec Dio 125 H-Smart), it still offers a modern display that’s easy to read at a glance.

The telescopic front suspension and rear preload-adjustable shock absorber ensure a comfortable ride over typical city surfaces, while a 190 mm front disc brake and 130 mm rear drum brake help provide confident stopping power.
