Tata Motors’ JLR to Produce Range Rover Locally in India

Jaguar Land Rover has been working hard to grow its production in India. The first locally made Range Rover will be ready for delivery on May 24th. Customers have the option to pick between a 3L petrol engine that gives you 283 kW of power and 550 Nm of torque and a 3L diesel engine that offers 258 kW of power and 700 Nm of torque.
According to Jaguar Land Rover, India is the first country outside the UK to produce these SUVs locally. This move led to a big price drop for these high-end SUVs. For example, the cost of the Range Rover 3.0-liter diesel HSE LWB went down from Rs 2.8 crore to Rs 2.36 crore, saving you Rs 44 lakh.
Additionally, the Range Rover Autobiography LWB equipped with a 3.0-liter petrol engine is now priced at Rs 2.60 crore, a notable reduction from its former price of Rs 3.16 crore, resulting in a substantial decrease of Rs 56 lakh. Likewise, the 3.0-liter diesel Dynamic SE Range Rover Sport is currently available at Rs 1.40 crore, which is Rs 29 lakh lower than its previous cost
