Kia India recently added some fresh choices for its beloved Sonet SUV. The Sonet lineup now includes a Kia Sonet GTX edition, slotted in between the HTX+ and GTX+ models. You can start with the new GTX from Rs 13.71 lakh (ex-showroom).
The Sonet GTX now offers a fresh color option called Aurora Black Pearl, bringing the total color choices to seven. Along with this new shade, you can choose from other stylish colors like Pewter Olive, Sparkling Silver, Glacier White Pearl, Gravity Grey, Imperial Blue, and Intense Red.

The fresh Kia Sonet GTX is packed with cool stuff like a 360-degree surround camera that helps watch blind spots, a large 10.25-inch touchscreen for entertainment, connections for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a digital dashboard, ventilated front seats to keep you cool, a driver’s seat with power adjustments, an air purifier for fresh air, automatic headlights, sensors for parking in the front and back, LED fog lights to see clearly, and six airbags to keep you safe.
Kia Sonet GTX: Powertrain Options
The Sonet GTX gives you a choice between two types of engines: a 1.0-liter turbo petrol and a 1.5-liter diesel. But here’s the catch – both only come with automatic transmissions. The turbo-petrol engine is paired with a seven-speed DCT gearbox, while the diesel engine is matched with a six-speed automatic torque converter.
