The Ignis Radiance Edition is now available in the Sigma, Zeta, and Alpha variants
Maruti Suzuki has been introducing fresh versions of its existing cars available in India. The most recent addition is the Maruti Suzuki Ignis Radiance Edition, which starts at Rs 5.49 lakh (ex-showroom). This updated version aims to boost sales, especially during a slowdown in the car market. The brand mentioned that this model comes with some cosmetic enhancements compared to the previous one.
Branded as a small urban SUV, the Maruti Suzuki Ignis offers four trim options: Sigma, Delta, Zeta, and Alpha. The Radiance Edition, built on the Sigma trim, is a budget-friendly choice. Priced at Rs 5.84 lakh (ex-showroom), the Sigma variant is around Rs 35,000 cheaper than others. Additionally, buyers can snag accessories worth Rs 3,650 with this edition. These extras consist of wheel covers for the 15-inch steel wheels, a door visor, and chrome accents in specific spots.
The Zeta trim of Ignis costs between Rs 6.96 lakh and 7.41 lakh (ex-showroom). It’s a bit pricier than the Radiance Editions for the same model, by about Rs 35,000. These editions have extra accessories valued at Rs 9,500. This package includes a door visor, door cladding, new seat covers, and black cushions.
Maruti Suzuki Ignis Radiance Edition Engine
The Ignis Radiance Edition keeps the same mechanical features. It runs on a 1.2-liter petrol engine that delivers 81 horsepower and 113 Nm of torque at its peak. You can get this engine with either a 5-speed manual transmission or an AMT gearbox. Also, it complies with BS VI standards and gives you a fuel efficiency of 21 kmpl.
