A new Maruti Suzuki Swift Blitz Edition comes with a complimentary accessories kit worth Rs 49,848
Maruti Suzuki has recently introduced unique versions of the Baleno and Grand Vitara SUV to increase sales during the festive season. They have also released a special edition of the Swift, named the Blitz, for the festive period. The Swift Blitz Edition will be available at Maruti Arena dealers for a short time to promote sales of the hatchback’s basic models.
The Swift Blitz Edition offers five different models of the hatchback: LXI, VXI, VXI AMT, VXI(O), and VXI(O) AMT. These options also include the CNG versions. So, prices range from Rs. 6.49 lakh to Rs. 8.02 lakh (ex-showroom).

Maruti Suzuki Swift Blitz Edition
Besides the features that come with each version, the Swift Blitz includes extra accessories valued at Rs 49,848. These accessories consist of a rear underbody spoiler, a boot spoiler, front fog lamps, illuminated door sills, door visors, and side moldings. These added features give the basic versions a touch of sophistication and a more stylish appearance compared to the standard versions.

The Swift runs on a 1.2-liter three-cylinder, Z-Series petrol engine, delivering 82hp and 112Nm on petrol, and 70hp and 112Nm on CNG. When running on petrol, it comes with a 5-speed manual gearbox as standard, and you can also opt for a 5-speed AMT on all models except the base one.
Previously, Maruti Suzuki introduced various special versions of its current vehicles to boost sales. Some of these are the WagonR Waltz Edition, Ignis Radiance Edition, Baleno Regal Edition, and the Grand Vitara Dominion Edition. The Swift Blitz is the fifth special edition from Maruti for the festive period.
