The engine is paired with a 9-speed automatic transmission, sending power to all four wheels through the 4Matic system. This transmission includes a unique ‘Race Start’ function that enhances acceleration, enabling the Mercedes to reach 0-100 kph in just 3.3 seconds. The S63 model offers eight different drive modes, one of which is an all-electric mode that can cover up to 33 km with a speed limit of 125 kph. Additionally, the S63 is equipped with rear-axle steering that allows for up to a 3-degree steering angle.
