MG Windsor Exclusive Pro Trim with 52.9kWh Battery: Budget-Friendly Long-Range EV Below Essence.
MG Motor India has expanded its Windsor EV lineup with the launch of the Exclusive Pro trim, bringing a more affordable option for buyers seeking long-range electric mobility. Priced at Rs 17.25 lakh (ex-showroom), the new variant comes just weeks after the introduction of the high-end Essence Pro trim and offers a well-balanced set of features at a lower price point.
The MG Windsor Exclusive Pro is Rs 85,000 cheaper than the Essence Pro trim. It has a 52.9 kWh battery that offers a claimed range of 449 km, with an estimated real-world range of about 400 km. This version does not include ADAS, a panoramic glass roof, or a powered tailgate.

It features a premium 9-speaker audio system, upgraded from the 6-speaker setup found in the earlier 38 kWh Exclusive model. A battery subscription plan is available, which lowers the starting price to Rs 12.24 lakh. Under this plan, the battery cost is paid per km.

The MG Windsor Exclusive Pro offers a longer driving range thanks to its 52.9 kWh battery, which is a big upgrade from the standard 38 kWh unit. The Exclusive Pro trim retains many high-end features, including a 15.6-inch touchscreen for entertainment, an 8.8-inch digital gauge cluster, leatherette seats, and rear seats that recline at a 135-degree angle. It also includes automatic climate control, cruise control, and a power-adjustable driver’s seat.
While missing advanced driver-assist technologies, the Exclusive Pro trim retains the premium feel and practicality expected from MG’s EV lineup. The dual-tone Ivory and Black interior theme and sporty dual-tone alloy wheels further enhance its appeal.
