Royal Enfield launches Flying Flea C6, a lightweight electric bike with 154km range, advanced features, and premium design at Rs 2.79 lakh.
Royal Enfield has officially entered the electric motorcycle space with the launch of its first-ever EV, the Flying Flea C6, priced at ₹2.79 lakh (ex-showroom). For buyers opting for the innovative Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) model, the price drops to a more accessible ₹1.99 lakh, making it a unique proposition in India’s growing EV market.

The Royal Enfield Flying Flea C6 is designed to be lightweight and agile, tipping the scales at just 124kg. Powered by a 3.91kWh battery pack, it delivers a claimed IDC range of 154km. The permanent magnet synchronous motor produces 15.4kW and 60Nm, enabling a brisk 0-60 km/h sprint in 3.7 seconds and a top speed of 115 km/h.

Charging is equally impressive, with a 0-100% charge time of 2 hours 16 minutes, while a quick 20-80% top-up takes just over an hour. Riders can even control charging speed and other functions via a dedicated mobile app, adding a layer of smart connectivity to the experience.

Royal Enfield has equipped the C6 with five riding modes (City, Rain, Highway, Sport, and Custom), adjustable regenerative braking, and lean-sensitive traction control. Safety is enhanced with dual-channel ABS, which can be switched off at the rear for more dynamic riding. The bike also features a 3.5-inch TFT display with brand-new switchgear, ensuring a modern interface for riders.
The design philosophy emphasizes slim tyres on 19-inch rims, a seat height of 823mm, and an impressive 207mm ground clearance, making it versatile enough for urban commutes and light adventure trails. Premium materials like aluminium and magnesium have been used extensively, giving the C6 a distinctive appeal.
