Royal Enfield Hits New Milestone with Record-Breaking Sales of 110,574 Units in October

In October 2024, Royal Enfield achieved its best monthly sales record by selling 110,574 units, a 31% rise from the 84,435 units sold in the same period last year. The company also experienced a major surge in exports, shipping 8,688 motorcycles globally, which was over twice the 3,477 units exported in October 2023.

Sales within the country went up to 101,886 units, showing a 26% increase, and exports jumped by 150% to 8,688 units from 3,477 in October 2023. Yearly sales figures also revealed consistent growth, with 565,353 units sold in the 2024-25 fiscal year, a 4% increase from the 541,421 units in the preceding period. This significant growth highlights Royal Enfield’s expanding presence in both local and global markets.

B Govindarajan, the CEO of Royal Enfield, was thrilled about the brand’s recent success. He shared, “The month of October has been truly remarkable for Royal Enfield, we have broken records with a whopping 1,00,000+ sales in a single month! This is our biggest and milestone festive season sale and surpasses all our previous sales performance records.”

Royal Enfield has expanded its presence in the SAARC region by entering the Bangladeshi market recently. Last month, they opened a top-notch showroom and manufacturing plant in Cumilla District, Bangladesh. The brand new Category 2 factory, a joint effort with IFAD Motors, can produce up to 30,000 units per year. In Bangladesh, Royal Enfield will put together four models at this facility: Hunter 350, Meteor 350, Classic 350, and Bullet 350. These bikes are designed especially for people in Bangladesh customers.
