Royal Enfield Meteor 350 Sundowner Orange Launched At Rs 2.19 Lakh

Royal Enfield Meteor 350 Sundowner Orange Launched with factory touring kit, new colour and premium features for highway riders.

Royal Enfield has expanded the Meteor 350 line-up with a new Sundowner Orange special edition, unveiled at Motoverse 2025 in Goa. Positioned as a more touring-ready take on the popular 350cc cruiser, the Royal Enfield Meteor 350 Sundowner Orange is priced at Rs 2.19 lakh (ex-showroom, Chennai).

The highlight, of course, is the new Sundowner Orange paint scheme. The finish uses warm, sunset-inspired tones that suit the Meteor’s laid-back cruiser stance and help it stand out without looking flashy. Royal Enfield has also added a special commemorative badge to mark this as a limited-run model and to celebrate the Meteor community crossing an important global sales milestone.

More than just a cosmetic update, the Sundowner Orange edition focuses on long-distance comfort. It comes factory-fitted with a deluxe touring seat that offers better support for both rider and pillion. A padded backrest for the passenger is standard, reinforcing its touring intent. Up front, a tall flyscreen is included from the factory to cut windblast at cruising speeds and make highway runs less tiring. The Tripper navigation pod, which is not standard on all variants, is included here to give turn-by-turn directions straight on the handlebar.

Royal Enfield has also upgraded the hardware package on this special edition. The Meteor 350 Sundowner Orange introduces premium aluminium tubeless spoke wheels to the line-up, combining classic spoke-wheel styling with the practicality of tubeless tyres. The bike additionally benefits from a slip-and-assist clutch for lighter lever effort, adjustable brake and clutch levers so riders can fine-tune reach, an LED headlamp for better illumination at night, and a USB Type-C fast charging port to keep smartphones topped up on the go.

Mechanically, the Sundowner Orange continues with the familiar 349cc, single-cylinder J-series engine that powers the standard Meteor 350. The air- and oil-cooled motor produces 20.2bhp and 27Nm of peak torque, paired with a five-speed gearbox. The chassis, suspension and braking hardware remain unchanged, which means the same easy-going, relaxed cruiser manners that existing Meteor owners appreciate are carried forward.
