Royal Enfield has once again captured the hearts of motorcycle enthusiasts with the launch of the Royal Enfield Scram 440. Priced at Rs 2,08,000 (ex-showroom Delhi), this bike promises to be a game-changer in the adventure touring segment.
You can choose between two versions of the Scram 440: Trail and Force. The Trail option has spoke wheels and tubed tires, while the Force version features alloy wheels and tubeless tires. Here’s the pricing for each variant: Trail (Blue and Green) costs Rs 2,08,000, and Force (Blue, Grey, and Teal) is priced at Rs 2,15,000.

Royal Enfield Scram 440 Design and Features
The design of the Scram 440 retains the classic silhouette of its predecessor, the Scram 411, but with several modern upgrades. It features an all-new LED headlight, a bulkier fuel tank, a new single-piece seat, and a tweaked tail section that looks slimmer than before. The bike also comes with a new instrument console borrowed from the Royal Enfield Hunter 350, a USB charging port, and round rear-view mirrors.

The Scram 440 is designed to offer a comfortable and controlled riding experience. It features a 41mm telescopic fork with 190mm of wheel travel and a monoshock with 180mm of wheel travel. The braking system includes a 300mm disc at the front and a 240mm disc at the rear, with dual-channel ABS (switchable at the rear) as standard. The bike’s 795mm seat height and 200mm ground clearance make it suitable for both on-road and off-road adventures.

Royal Enfield Scram 440 Engine and Performance
The Scram 440 is powered by a robust 443cc, air & oil-cooled, single-cylinder engine. This engine is an upgraded version of the previous 411cc engine, delivering a peak output of 25.4PS at 6,250rpm and 34Nm at 4,000rpm. The addition of a 6-speed transmission, compared to the 5-speed gearbox on the previous model, makes it more suitable for long highway tours.
