Suzuki Access 125 Achieves 6 Million Production Milestone in 18 Years
The Suzuki Access 125 has reached an impressive milestone by producing over 6 million units in 18 years since its launch in 2006. This achievement highlights the scooter’s long-lasting popularity and the trust it has built among riders in India and other regions.
The Suzuki Access 125 was the first 125 cc scooter launched in India, setting a high standard for its category. It is recognized for its smooth ride, reliable fuel efficiency, and low maintenance costs. These features quickly made it popular among scooter enthusiasts. Even with new rivals entering the market, it continues to be the top-selling scooter in the 125 cc segment.

Suzuki Access 125 Key Features
The Access 125 offers four models priced between Rs 85,601 and Rs 91,800 (ex-showroom). It is powered by a 125 cc air-cooled, single-cylinder engine that produces 8.58 bhp at 6,750 rpm and generates a peak torque of 10 Nm at 5,500 rpm. The engine is combined with a CVT unit for a smooth and responsive experience. It also features Suzuki Eco Performance technology, which improves fuel efficiency while maintaining strong performance.
The scooter offers more than just great performance; it is equipped with modern connectivity features. The Ride Connect Edition has a Bluetooth-enabled digital display that provides turn-by-turn navigation. It also alerts riders to incoming calls, SMS, and WhatsApp messages, along with notifications for missed calls and unread messages.
Additionally, it warns users if they exceed a set speed and shows the phone battery level and estimated arrival time. The Access 125 includes a generous 22.3-liter storage compartment under the seat, an easy start system, a longer seat for comfort, and a spacious floorboard.
