The Suzuki e-Access is built on the company’s in-house Suzuki e-Technology electric architecture. At its heart is a 3 kWh Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery pack, a chemistry known for its longevity and thermal stability compared with conventional battery types. Suzuki claims a 95 km IDC range on a single charge, making it suited for daily urban commuting.

Powering the Suzuki e-Access is a 4.1 kW electric motor delivering 15 Nm of torque. The scooter comes with three riding modes — Eco, Ride A, and Ride B — allowing riders to tailor performance based on conditions. It also gets regenerative braking and a reverse assist feature, both increasingly welcomed in city-focused electric scooters. Suzuki says the throttle response remains consistent even when the battery level is low, addressing a common concern among EV riders.

One of the Suzuki e-Access’s noteworthy technical highlights is the motor’s belt final drive, which Suzuki claims is maintenance-free and rated for up to seven years or 70,000 km. The lightweight chassis integrates the battery within the frame. Suzuki is offering an extended warranty coverage of seven years or 80,000 km at no extra cost, alongside a buy-back assurance of up to 60 percent after three years as part of its introductory push.

The scooter will be available for sale through Suzuki’s extensive network of over 1,200 dealerships across India, making after-sales support and service more accessible to buyers nationwide.

Charging infrastructure has also been considered. Suzuki says DC fast chargers are already installed at more than 240 dealerships, while portable AC chargers will be available across its dealer network, ensuring riders can charge conveniently whether at home or on the go.
