Tata Motors has officially launched the Harrier EV in India, with ex-showroom prices ranging from Rs 21.49 lakh to Rs 27.49 lakh. Positioned as a premium all-electric SUV, the Tata Harrier EV brings together rugged performance, futuristic tech, and homegrown innovation—designed especially for Indian road conditions and driving preferences.

Performance & Range
The all-wheel drive version has two motors that produce 313 horsepower and 504 Nm of torque. It can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6.3 seconds. Switch between Eco, City, Sport, and Boost modes, or select off-road options like Mud, Rock Crawl, and Sand.
Choose between the 65kWh or 75kWh lithium-iron phosphate (LFP) battery. The 75kWh rear-wheel drive model can travel up to 627 km on a full charge, based on MIDC estimates. A 7.2kW charger takes about 10.7 hours to fully charge the battery from empty. For quick charging, use a 120kW DC fast charger. It can boost the battery from 20% to 80% in just 25 minutes.

Tata Harrier EV: Design & Features
The Harrier EV keeps the same shape as its gas engine version but adds new design features for better efficiency. It has a closed grille to improve aerodynamics. The front bumper is redesigned with vertical satin silver slats to help cool the motor. The headlights are split and connected by daytime running lights. It now features 18-inch alloy wheels with a more aerodynamic look.
The car has a 14.53-inch Samsung Neo QLED screen for infotainment, offering sharp visuals. It features a JBL sound system with 10 speakers and Dolby Atmos for rich audio. A digital rearview mirror provides a clear view behind the vehicle.

On safety, it includes 6 or 7 airbags, Level 2 ADAS assistance, a built-in dashcam, blind spot alerts, and a 540-degree camera system. The vehicle is equipped with Tata’s TiDAL platform, supporting DrivePay for FASTag toll payments and EV charging. It also allows Over-the-Air (OTA) updates to keep software current.
