Surpassing expectations, the remaining 50,000 units were sold in just eight months after that. The Innova Hycross made its debut in November 2022. The Toyota Innova Hycross has become quite popular for its cutting-edge technology, top-notch comfort, and dependable performance. It’s a hybrid MPV that can seat seven or eight people.

Toyota has been encountering ongoing difficulties in meeting the demand for its hybrid versions of the Innova Hycross. These specific models range in price from Rs 25.97 lakh to Rs 30.98 lakh (ex-showroom). The MPV comes in six different trims, offering 12 variants in total, evenly divided between petrol-only and hybrid choices. As a result of this high demand, the waiting time for the MPV is extended, with the current wait reaching up to six months for the top-tier variants.

Toyota Innova HyCross Powertrain
The Innova Hycross offers two engine options. You can go for a 2.0-liter four-cylinder petrol engine that churns out 170 horsepower and 205 Nm of torque with a CVT, or opt for a 2.0-liter petrol engine with a robust hybrid system that delivers 181 horsepower, coupled with an e-Drive transmission. This car comes with front-wheel drive, an e-CVT transmission, and paddle shifters. It’s fuel-efficient, claiming 23.24 kmpl. Plus, you can switch between driving modes like Eco, Normal, and Power to suit your driving style.
