Toyota Innova Hycross Lower Variants Get a Price Hike of Up to Rs 17,000

Since its launch in late 2022, the Toyota Innova Hycross has become a top choice for many in the market. Toyota recently increased the prices of the Innova Hycross MPV without much fanfare. The new price range for the Innova Hycross starts at Rs 19.94 lakh and goes up to Rs 31.34 lakh (ex-showroom, India).

Toyota offers the Innova Hycross in six different versions – GX, GX(O), VX, VX(O), ZX, and ZX(O). The basic Hycross GX and GX(O) models are now priced Rs 17,000 higher. On the other hand, the mid-range VX and VX(O) trims have seen a price increase of up to Rs 35,000. The top-tier trims, ZX and ZX(O), have also gone up in price by Rs 36,000.

Toyota Innova Hycross MPV has hit an impressive milestone of selling over 100,000 units in India. Just in February of this year, they celebrated reaching 50,000 unit sales of the Hycross. Surpassing expectations, the remaining 50,000 units were sold in just eight months after that. The Innova Hycross made its debut in November 2022. The Toyota Innova Hycross has become quite popular for its cutting-edge technology, top-notch comfort, and dependable performance. It’s a hybrid MPV that can seat seven or eight people.

Toyota Innova HyCross Powertrain

The Innova Hycross offers two engine options. You can go for a 2.0-liter four-cylinder petrol engine that churns out 170 horsepower and 205 Nm of torque with a CVT, or opt for a 2.0-liter petrol engine with a robust hybrid system that delivers 181 horsepower, coupled with an e-Drive transmission. This car comes with front-wheel drive, an e-CVT transmission, and paddle shifters. It’s fuel-efficient, claiming 23.24 kmpl. Plus, you can switch between driving modes like Eco, Normal, and Power to suit your driving style.
