The Triumph Daytona 660, a sporty bike perfect for touring, is now available in India. They introduced this motorcycle not long ago in the Indian market with a price tag of Rs 9.72 lakh (ex-showroom). And now, they are delivering the Daytona 660 to the customers who bought them.
This new bike shares its engine platform with the Trident 660 and is the second model to do so after the Tiger Sport 660. The Daytona 660 is a well-rounded sports bike that combines performance, agility, and comfort, ideal for urban commuting and track riding. The manufacturer revealed this exciting new addition recently, and bookings started a month ago.

Triumph Daytona 660: Engine Specifications
The new Triumph Daytona 660 now packs a punch with its upgraded 660 cc liquid-cooled inline triple engine derived from the Trident 660. Triumph has boosted this engine to deliver extra power and torque, reaching 95 bhp at 11,250 rpm and 69 Nm at 8,250 rpm. Triumph mentions that the motorcycles begin generating 80% of the peak torque at just 3,150 rpm. Coupled with a 6-speed gearbox and a slip-and-assist clutch, this motor is all set to give you a thrilling ride.

Triumph Daytona 660: Hardware Components & Features
The Triumph Daytona 660 boasts three riding modes: Sport, Road, and Rain. These modes tweak how the throttle responds and the traction control. Moreover, the versatile TFT display provides a crystal-clear view and has turn-by-turn navigation capabilities through the My Triumph Connectivity System. The Daytona has a seat that’s 810mm high, which is 25mm lower than its Adventure version and 5mm higher than its naked version. Worldwide, you can get the Daytona 660 in three colors: Snowdonia White, Satin Granite, and Carnival Red. It also comes with a 14-liter fuel tank, just like the Trident 660.
The front of the motorcycle is held up by Showa 41 mm Big Piston upside-down forks, giving you 110 mm of travel, while the rear is supported by a Showa mono-shock with preload adjustment and 130 mm of travel. When it comes to braking, there are 310 mm twin discs with radial calipers in the front and a 220 mm single disc with a sliding caliper in the rear.
