What’s new and what’s different
The Triumph RX borrows heavily from the RS but brings a sharper rider triangle with lower clip-ons and rear-set footpegs for a more aggressive stance. Its neon yellow-black livery and RX-specific graphics set it apart visually. The model also features Brembo Stylema brakes paired with a Brembo MCS radial master cylinder and retains Öhlins Smart EC 3.0 active suspension with an Öhlins SD EC steering damper for refined handling.

Performance and hardware
Under the chassis sits the familiar 1,163cc inline-three that produces 183hp at 10,750rpm and 128Nm of torque at 8,750rpm, mated to a six-speed gearbox. The RX also gains a carbon-fibre and titanium Akrapovič end can, which enhances the audio and visual character without reducing the model’s 199kg kerb weight.
Price, availability and positioning
Triumph has priced the Speed Triple 1200 RX at Rs 23.07 lakh in India, which is Rs 1.31 lakh more than the Speed Triple 1200 RS. While the RX is a global limited run, Triumph has not confirmed the exact allocation for India.
