TVS Ronin Agonda Edition Launched At Rs 1.31 Lakh

TVS Ronin Agonda Edition launched at Rs 1.31 lakh with Agonda beach-inspired livery, limited-run special slots between base and mid variants.

TVS has given its neo-retro roadster a fresh coastal twist with the launch of the Ronin Agonda Edition at Rs 1.31 lakh (ex-showroom). Unveiled at the fifth edition of TVS MotoSoul, this new variant is the first in a planned series of limited-edition models built on the Ronin platform, targeting riders who want something more distinctive than the standard colour palette.

As the name suggests, the TVS Ronin Agonda Edition takes inspiration from Agonda beach in Goa, and that vibe is front and centre in its paint scheme. The motorcycle gets a clean white base paint job, contrasted by retro-style blue and red stripes that run across the fuel tank. TVS has also added unique Agonda badging on the tank to mark its special-edition status, along with a new seat cover that completes the laid-back, beach-cruiser aesthetic.

Underneath the fresh skin, the TVS Ronin Agonda Edition remains mechanically identical to the base Ronin. Power comes from the familiar 225.9cc, single-cylinder, oil-cooled engine that produces 20.4hp at 7,750rpm and 19.9Nm at 3,750rpm. The motor is paired with a 5-speed gearbox and features a slipper and assist clutch, which should help keep city commutes and weekend highway runs smooth and stress-free.

Since it is based on the entry-level variant, the Agonda Edition carries over the same equipment set. It gets single-channel ABS and an LCD instrument console with Bluetooth connectivity, allowing features such as turn-by-turn navigation and call or notification alerts via the TVS app. However, it does miss out on some of the kit offered on higher-spec Ronin trims, including dual-channel ABS, adjustable levers and the premium-looking golden USD front fork.
