TVS Motor Company recently introduced the new Ronin Parakram, a unique custom motorcycle inspired by the standard Ronin 225. This special TVS Ronin Parakram is a homage to the brave heroes of the 1999 Kargil War through its distinctive design. Crafted by East India Motorcycle Revolution Customs, this one-of-a-kind motorcycle showcases various visual enhancements while keeping its mechanical features unchanged from the original model.
TVS Ronin Parakram Kargil Edition Specifications
The special TVS Ronin Kargil Edition motorcycle has a one-of-a-kind design that honors the brave warriors of the war. The TVS Ronin Parakram model showcases an olive green fuel tank with silver details on the top. A stripe resembling the Indian flag runs from the front light to the tank. Additionally, the mudguards, knee areas, and side panels are adorned with artwork depicting the soldiers from the Kargil conflict. On the left-side cover, there is a round lamp that brightly displays the number 99 in yellow.
Moreover, the specially crafted Ronin Kargil and Parakram bikes come with distinctive elements. These include fresh subframes, stainless steel luggage racks, and rugged tires for better performance off the beaten path. The Kargil pays tribute to Indian troops with special imagery, brass bullet-shaped turn signals, and stylish brown suede leather details. On the other hand, the Parakram model offers a single suede leather seat, a compact subframe, and a sleek silver windscreen.
TVS Ronin Parakram Engine
Even though the TVS Ronin Parakram has received a cool new look, the bike’s inner workings stay the same. Under the hood, you’ll find a 225.9cc, single-cylinder engine that packs a punch with 20.4hp at 7,750rpm and 19.93Nm at 3,750rpm, all working alongside a smooth 5-speed gearbox. To keep your rides comfortable, it’s equipped with a USD fork and a mono shock that you can adjust to suit your preferences. When it comes to stopping, the bike’s got you covered with disc brakes on both wheels, backed up by dual-channel ABS for added safety.
Considering that the bike is unique, it probably won’t be available for purchase. However, the regular Ronin 225 is priced between ₹1.49 lakh and ₹1.73 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
