The Citroen Aircross SUV Now Comes With a Two Engine Option
Citroen has recently released a major update for the C3 Aircross SUV. The new version offers fresh features, a different engine choice, and a new name. The brand has decided to remove the ‘C3’ from the name, now simply calling it the ‘Aircross SUV’. The price for this updated model begins at Rs 8.49 lakh, reaching up to Rs 13.99 lakh for the top-level turbo-AT version. Reservations for the revamped Aircross are now open, with deliveries set to kick off on October 8.

Citroen Aircross SUV: Features
The Citroen Aircross SUV now comes with LED projector headlights outside and automatic climate control inside. It also features a 10.25-inch touchscreen for infotainment, a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, and wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Additionally, you’ll find power-folding ORVMs for added convenience.

Moreover, in the Citroen Aircross SUV, you will find rear window buttons that are powered, located on the rear door pads. The vehicle also features a new flip key, a grab handle on the passenger side, a larger sliding front armrest, and a rear AC vent. Inside the cabin, there is a soft-touch material covering the instrument panel for added comfort.
When it comes to safety, the updates now feature six airbags as standard. Also, seat belt reminders are standard for all seats. You’ll find ISOFIX child seat anchors, a rear parking camera with sensors, an electronic stability program (ESP), a tyre pressure monitoring system, and a hill-hold function to ensure your safety on the road.

Citroen Aircross SUV: Engine Option
Before, the Aircross was only equipped with a 1.2-liter turbo petrol engine. Now, it also comes with a 1.2-liter petrol engine that is naturally aspirated. This new engine produces 82 bhp and 115 Nm of torque. Unlike the turbo petrol engine that offers 110 bhp and 190 Nm of torque with a six-speed manual and automatic transmission, the naturally aspirated version is limited to a five-speed manual transmission.
