While the Polo continues to enjoy a strong fan following in India, this special variant is currently launched only in Germany.

Exterior Design & Interior
Volkswagen Polo Edition 50 is based on the Polo ‘Style’ variant, with exclusive additions that elevate its appeal. The car features a striking Crystal Blue exterior with a metallic finish that catches the eye. A special 3D ’50’ badge on the B-pillar highlights its unique status. The standard 16-inch Coventry alloy wheels can be upgraded to 17-inch Toroso wheels for a sportier look. Inside, you’ll find dark-tinted rear windows, Edition 50 badging on the front sills, ambient lighting, and chrome pedals that add a touch of luxury.

Volkswagen Polo Edition 50: Engine Options
The Polo Edition 50 comes with two engine options. Both are 1.0-litre three-cylinder turbo petrol engines. The first offers 94 BHP and 175 Nm of torque. It can be paired with either a 5-speed manual or a 7-speed DSG automatic transmission. The second engine produces 114 BHP and 200 Nm of torque. This higher-powered version is only available with the DSG automatic gearbox.

Volkswagen has priced the Polo Edition 50 at €28,200 in Germany, which is around Rs 28 lakh in India. This version is based on the mid-range Style trim and will be produced in limited quantities.
