2025 Ather 450X and 450S Launched in India: Enhanced Range and Exciting New Features
Ather Energy has recently updated its popular 450 range of electric scooters, introducing new features, colors, and price adjustments. The Ather 450X and 450S models now offer enhanced performance and convenience, making them even more appealing to electric scooter enthusiasts.
2025 Ather 450X and 450S New Features and Price Adjustments
The updated 2025 Ather 450S now comes with a slightly faster 375W charger, compared to the older 350W unit. This improvement results in quicker charging times, making it more convenient for users. The price of the 450S has increased by Rs 4,400, bringing the starting price to Rs 1.30 lakh.

The Ather 450X models have also received significant updates. Both variants now feature Magic Twist and Traction Control, which are adjustable at various levels and have three different modes – Rain Mode, Road Mode, and Rally Mode. The 450X 2.9 variant has seen the biggest price hike of Rs 6,400, now priced at Rs 1.47 lakh. This model now comes with a faster 700W charger, which has almost halved the charging time.

The range-topping 450X 3.7 variant has seen a modest price increase of Rs 2,000, bringing the price to Rs 1.57 lakh. This variant offers two levels of Magic Twist (Low and High), while the 450X 2.9 variant allows users to either turn it off or have it on.
Regarding the powertrain, 2025 Ather 450X and 450S electric scooters have consistent power outputs. The 450 S model generates 5.4 kW and 22 Nm of torque. The 450 X variant produces 6.4 kW and 26 Nm, while the 450 X version delivers 7 kW and 26 Nm of peak torque.

2025 Ather 450X and 450S New Colors and Pro Pack
Ather has introduced two new colors for the updated 2025 Ather 450X and 450S models: Hyper Sand and Stealth Blue. The Hyper Sand color is exclusive to the 450X, while the Stealth Blue color is available for both the 450X and 450S
The Pro Pack, which bundles most features on an Ather e-scooter, has also seen a price adjustment. The Pro Pack for the 450S now costs Rs 14,000, an increase of Rs 1,000. For the 450X variants, the Pro Pack prices remain the same at Rs 17,000 for the 2.9kWh variant and Rs 20,000 for the 3.7kWh variant.
