Jeep Meridian Updated with New Trims: Longitude Variant Offers 5-Seat Option

Jeep India has introduced the updated Jeep Meridian SUV in India. The SUV has four versions: Longitude, Longitude Plus, Limited (O), and Overland. The prices for this new model range from Rs 24.99 lakh to Rs 38.49 lakh (Ex-showroom). The updated Meridian is now offered in both 5-seater and 7-seater options. Interestingly, it is now Rs 6.24 cheaper than the previous base model.

2025 Jeep Meridian: Longitude

The Jeep Meridian Longitude is a five-seat SUV priced between Rs 24.99 lakh and Rs 28.49 lakh. It comes with a 2.0-liter diesel engine and is available with both manual and automatic transmissions in 4×2 configuration.

The Longitude is equipped with LED projector headlamps with integrated DRLs, automatic headlamps, rear fog lamps, LED tail lamps, 18-inch diamond cut alloys, shark fin antenna, rear spoiler, roof rails, body-colored door handles, and ORVMs.

Step inside the Meridian Longitude, and you’ll be greeted by a comfortable and well-appointed cabin. The SUV features height-adjustable driver seat, 60/40 split second-row seats, second-row armrest with cup holders, seal grey vinyl seats, soft-touch IP and front door trim, prismatic IRVM, second-row seat recline, 7.0-inch instrument cluster, 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, USB charging ports (front and rear), 6-speaker audio system.

The Meridian Longitude is packed with features that enhance both comfort and convenience. Highlights include dual-zone automatic climate control, rain-sensing front wipers, auto-folding and electrically adjustable ORVMs, cruise control (AT variants only), engine stop-start, keyless entry with push-button start, electronic parking brake (EPB), electronic stability control (ESC), ABS with EBD, child seat anchors (ISOFIX), hill start assist, reverse parking camera, tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), and 6 airbags.

2025 Jeep Meridian: Longitude Plus

The 2025 Jeep Meridian offers a higher variant priced between Rs 27.50 lakh and Rs 30.49 lakh, building on the already impressive features of the Longitude model. Like the Longitude variant, this version also comes with the same powerful 2.0-litre diesel engine and offers both manual and automatic transmission options.

In addition to the features found in the Longitude variant, this version includes several premium upgrades. The exterior gets LED front cornering fog lamps for better visibility, stylish black ORVMs, and a sleek dual-tone roof. Inside, it offers more flexibility with a 50/50 split third-row seat that folds flat, along with a third-row seat recline option, making it more practical for larger families or additional cargo.

The interior gets a luxurious touch with a leather-wrapped steering wheel and an auto-dimming inside rear-view mirror (IRVM). One of the standout features is the dual-pane sunroof, allowing more natural light into the cabin and enhancing the overall driving experience. For added convenience, wireless charging is also included, making it easier to keep your devices powered on the go.

The 2025 Jeep Meridian Limited (O) is the top-tier variant in the Meridian lineup, priced between Rs 30.49 lakh and Rs 34.49 lakh. It carries forward the same robust 2.0-liter diesel engine and transmission options as the lower variants but packs an array of luxury and tech features that set it apart.

In addition to the features found in the Longitude variant, the Limited (O) elevates comfort with 8-way powered driver and front passenger seats, both equipped with 4-way powered lumbar support. The driver seat also comes with a memory function, ensuring personalized comfort settings. The interior is upgraded with Wicker beige leather seats, ventilated front seats for added comfort, and stylish door scuff plates that add a touch of sophistication.

This variant comes loaded with advanced tech features, including a 10.2-inch fully digital instrument cluster and the Uconnect connected car service, which keeps you connected with your vehicle’s status and updates. For audiophiles, a premium 9-speaker Alpine sound system delivers high-quality audio. Other practical features include a gear shift indicator and a 360-degree camera for enhanced safety and easier parking. Powered by the same 2.0-litre diesel engine as the other variants, this model comes exclusively with an automatic transmission and offers both 4×2 and 4×4 drivetrain options, making it ideal for off-road enthusiasts and those looking for a luxury SUV with excellent capabilities.

Building on the Limited (O) variant, the Overland offers several exclusive features that enhance its style, comfort, and performance. The exterior is upgraded with striking 18-inch dual-tone diamond-cut alloy wheels, body-colored lower panels and fender extensions, and a new 7-slot grille with chrome inserts that give it a bold and premium appearance. The Overland badging on the front seats and the luxurious Tupelo leather upholstery with suede finishes for the seats, dashboard, and door trim to create a high-end feel inside the cabin. Copper accents on the dashboard further elevate the sense of sophistication.
