Honda CB300R Recalled in India for Headlight Issue

Honda CB300R Recall: Addressing Faulty Headlight Issues in 2018-2020 Models

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) has recently issued a voluntary recall for its popular CB300R motorcycle model due to a critical headlight issue. The affected units, manufactured between 2018 and 2020, have been found to exhibit faults in the printed circuit board (PCB) and core wiring of the headlight system, which may lead to flickering or complete failure of the headlight.

According to HMSI, the headlight’s internal PCB structure and wiring have been identified as prone to fatigue-related failure. This could result in the wires breaking at terminal points, causing the headlight to malfunction. While the exact number of affected units has not been disclosed, Honda is taking proactive measures to resolve the issue and ensure customer safety.
