MG Hector Plus Price Revealed: Petrol CVT at Rs 19.71 Lakh, Diesel MT at Rs 20.64 Lakh
MG Motor India has recently launched two fresh versions of the MG Hector Plus. The 7-seater models now include a brand-new Select Pro petrol-CVT variant at Rs 19.71 lakh and a Smart Pro diesel-MT variant at Rs 20.64 lakh (ex-showroom). This addition expands the Hector Plus lineup to almost 30 various options, including unique editions such as Snowstorm and Blackstorm.

MG Hector Plus: New Variants, Features
The mid-spec petrol Select Pro trim used to come solely with a manual gearbox. Now, it also offers an automatic CVT. As for the entry-level diesel Smart Pro variant, it used to be a 6-seater. However, it now has a 7-seater option with a bench seat for the second row. These new options mean that you can now get a petrol-auto combo or a diesel with a 7-seater setup at a more affordable price.
Both models come with a 14-inch HD vertical screen for entertainment, i-SMART tech with over 75 linked features, and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Plus, you get wireless charging for your phone. They also feature 18-inch alloy wheels, LED projector headlamps, sequential turn indicators, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, a full-LED instrument cluster, and push-button start with keyless go.

MG Hector Plus: Powertrain
In the Select Pro model, you get a 1.5-liter turbocharged petrol engine that works with a CVT transmission. This engine gives you a top power of 141bhp and a peak torque of 250Nm. On the other hand, the Smart Pro version runs on a 2.0-liter diesel engine matched with a 6-speed manual gearbox. This diesel engine produces a strong 170bhp and 350Nm of torque.
