Jeep Compass & Meridian Get Big Discounts in Jeep’s 8th Anniversary India Sale

Jeep is celebrating its eighth year in India with a great deal just for you. To mark the occasion, this popular American SUV brand is offering cash discounts on all its vehicles throughout this month. As part of Stellantis India, the company is providing cash discounts of up to Rs 2.5 lakhs on the Compass and up to Rs 2.0 lakh on the Meridian. Besides the cash savings, Jeep is also introducing extra benefits for exchanges, loyal customers, and corporate clients. If you’re already a Jeep owner, there’s good news for you. Jeep is giving a 7.8% discount on labor fees, car maintenance, and bodywork repairs. The catch is, you need to drop by their workshops this week to enjoy these savings. As India celebrates its 78th Independence Day, Jeep is running a special deal. Even if you’re not heading to the workshop soon, this offer is worth noting. They are cutting FIAT maintenance labor costs by 78%. The catch? According to the company, you must grab this deal before August 17th.
In India, the Jeep lineup kicks off with the Compass 4×2 diesel priced at Rs 18.99 lakh (ex-showroom). You have six options to choose from, including the premium 4×4 AT model priced at Rs 30.33 lakh. Discounts vary based on the trim level. The entry-level model receives the smallest discount (specifics weren’t disclosed yet), while the top-tier variant is now priced at Rs 27.83 lakh (ex-showroom).
The Meridian diesel model is available in two trims and provides seating for three rows. The 4×2 Limited edition is priced at Rs 31.23 lakh, and the Overland 4×4 version costs Rs 39.83 lakh. You can now get the Overland 4×4 model for Rs 37.83 lakh (ex-showroom).
Jeep Compass and Meridian: Powertrain
Jeep has streamlined the Compass lineup to feature solely the 2-liter Fiat Multijet turbo diesel engine. Packing a punch with 172 Bhp and 350 Nm, this robust SUV comes in both front-wheel drive and four-wheel drive versions. You can choose between a 6-speed manual or an 8-speed torque converter automatic transmission. The Meridian’s engines and gearboxes match those of the Compass, although the Meridian churns out 4 Bhp less power than the Compass.
