Jeep India has given its popular SUV, the Meridian, a fresh look. This updated model comes in two drive modes – 4×2 and 4×4. It is powered by a 2.0-liter, 4-cylinder, turbocharged diesel engine just like the previous model.
This engine produces 170 bhp maximum power and 350 Nm torque, offering a smooth driving experience with a 9-speed automatic gearbox. Based on the technical changes made in the company’s other popular model, the expectation is for a petrol engine option to be available in the Meridian as well. However, this choice is currently not available in the present model.
