Suzuki Hayabusa Faces Recall in India Due to Brake Lever Issue

Suzuki Recalls 1,056 Units of Third-Gen Suzuki Hayabusa in India

Suzuki Motorcycle India has announced a recall for the third-generation Suzuki Hayabusa in India. The recall concerns a problem with the brake lever and impacts 1056 units made between March 2021 and September 2024. Suzuki has not yet shared details on how they will fix the issue.

It seems like the front brake lever play could become too much, causing the lever to touch the handlebar, which could be risky. Braking used to be a problem with older Busas, but the gen-3 model improved this by switching to Brembo Stylema calipers and larger discs.

The latest recall deals with too much front brake lever movement, which might make it touch the handlebar, creating a safety hazard. Currently, there’s no official update on this, but we anticipate hearing more about it soon.
