The Exter Knight Edition is priced approximately Rs 15,000 higher than the standard version
Hyundai India has released the Exter Knight Edition in India, priced from Rs. 8.38 lakh (ex-showroom). This special edition marks one year of the Exter in the Indian market and features cosmetic updates both externally and internally. The Exter has sold more than 93,000 units since it was launched last year.
The Hyundai Exter Knight is built on the SX & SX(O) Connect trims. It costs approximately ₹ 15,000 more than the standard trims. The differences in the Exter Knight edition are mainly in appearance. It comes with a 1.2-litre Kappa petrol engine and offers a selection of 5-speed manual and automated manual transmission (AMT).
The Knight Edition has exterior updates including black side sill garnish, red highlights on the front bumper and tailgate, red brake calipers, black front and rear skid plates, black 15-inch alloy wheels on the SX(O) Connect, black Hyundai and Exter badges, and a Knight emblem.

The inside has a modern black design with red accents and stitching. This includes red lighting in the footwell, black satin finishes on the interior door handles and steering wheel, a metal scuff plate, and red-stitched floor mats. The new Knight seat upholstery is also decorated with red stitching and piping for a unique appearance.
This edition offers two new color choices: Abyss Black and Shadow Grey, in addition to the current options of Starry Night, Atlas White, and Ranger Khaki. It also provides a dual-tone variant with a black roof for Shadow Grey and Ranger Khaki.
The Exter Knight model still features the same 1.2-liter, four-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine producing 83hp and 114Nm of torque. This standard SUV has either a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed AMT gearbox.
