Renault launches the Triber Turbo at ₹7.84 lakh with a 100hp engine, enhanced torque, and modern features, redefining the compact MPV segment.
Renault has finally introduced the much-anticipated Triber Turbo in India, priced from ₹7.84 lakh to ₹8.99 lakh (ex-showroom). This new variant brings a significant performance boost to the compact MPV segment, making it a more compelling choice for families seeking practicality with added power.

Under the hood, the Triber Turbo borrows the familiar HR10 1.0-litre three-cylinder engine from the Renault Kiger and Duster 1.0 SUVs. Thanks to a revised engine management system, torque output has been increased to 180Nm, while peak power remains at 100hp. Renault claims the MPV can sprint from 0-100kph in just 10.8 seconds, offering a lively driving experience compared to its naturally aspirated sibling.
Currently, the Triber Turbo is offered with a 5-speed manual gearbox, with a CVT automatic expected soon. Despite the mechanical upgrade, the exterior design remains unchanged, save for a new ‘TURBO’ badge on the tailgate. The MPV continues to feature LED headlamps, gloss-black detailing, roof rails, and stylish 15-inch wheels.

Inside, the seven-seater retains its feature-rich cabin, including an 8-inch touchscreen with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, wireless charging, automatic climate control, and cruise control. Safety is also a highlight, with six airbags, ABS, EBD, ESP, traction control, hill-start assist, and TPMS. Renault has fine-tuned the electronic safety systems specifically for the Turbo variant, ensuring better handling and stability.
