Suzuki Motorcycle India Donates V-Strom SX 250 to Gurgaon Police for Road Safety

Suzuki Motorcycle India has generously given 40 customized V-Strom SX 250 motorcycles to the Gurgaon Police as a part of their corporate social responsibility effort.

Suzuki Motorcycle India recently donated 40 specially customized V-Strom SX 250 adventure bikes to Gurgaon Police. The Japanese motorcycle company showed generosity by promoting road safety and protecting riders. The event started with Vikas Arora, the Commissioner of Police in Gurugram, and Kenichi Umeda, the Managing Director of Suzuki Motorcycle India.

The customized motorcycle for police use comes with various upgrades. It’s painted in a unique white color, has a tall windscreen, and displays ‘Police’ markings on the front and fuel tank. Moreover, it is fitted with red and blue flashing lights and a siren for official use.

This bike has a 249cc single-cylinder, air/oil-cooled engine that packs 25 bhp and 22 Nm of power. With features like a long-travel telescopic fork, mono-shock suspension that you can adjust in 7 steps for your comfort, and disc brakes on both wheels equipped with dual-channel ABS, you can enjoy a smooth and safe ride while having reliable braking power.

This motorcycle features a 19-inch front wheel and a 17-inch rear wheel, paired with dual-purpose tires. This combination gives you a good mix, giving you maneuverability on city streets and the ability to handle easy off-road surfaces. This makes the bike perfect for cruising through town and for exploring more peaceful routes.

Suzuki V-Strom SX 250 Features

This Bike is packed with some cool features. You get a fancy instrument console and a handy USB charging port. This bike weighs 167 kg. When it comes to colors, you have three choices: Champion Yellow Number Two, Pearl Blaze Orange, or Glass Sparkle Black for the standard model.

You can enjoy some extra features with this motorcycle. It has Bluetooth that keeps you informed about missed calls, caller ID, turn-by-turn directions, calls, SMS, and WhatsApp messages. Plus, you’ll get updates on your estimated time of arrival and alerts if you exceed the speed limit. The price of the motorcycle is ₹2.12 lakh (ex-showroom).
