The Mahindra Thar Roxx is getting ready for its big monitor on August 15, 2024. With the release simply around the corner, the business enterprise has shared a new teaser to give you a glimpse of the cool style changes.
The latest Thar Roxx has got an extra pair of doors and a longer wheelbase. This rugged vehicle has received a fantastic design boost. It flaunts circular fog lights, sleek black door handles, a fresh grille, updated LED headlights, stylish new five-spoke diamond-cut alloy wheels, and revamped taillights. Moreover, the 5-door model appears more stylish with its dual-tone door-mounted ORVMs. And the Thar Roxx badge on the front side panel.
Judging from the spy shots, the upcoming Thar will come with beige interiors. In terms of features, you can expect a 10.25-inch digital driver’s display, keyless entry with push-button start, USB type-c charging ports, a 10.25-inch touchscreen entertainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, manual day/night IRVM, dual-zone climate control, an all-encompassing sunroof, and a 360-degree camera.

Safety is a top priority with Mahindra Thar Roxx. It’s equipped with various features to keep you safe. These include all-wheel disk brakes and ABS with EBD to help you stay secure. Additionally, you might have a 360-degree camera and front and rear parking sensors to enhance safety. Certain models may also come with advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) like emergency braking and adaptive cruise control for extra protection while driving.
Mahindra Thar Roxx Powertrain
The upcoming Mahindra Thar ROXX is anticipated to have the same engine choices as the 3-door Thar. You’ll have a choice between two diesel engines and one turbo petrol engine. The 1.5-liter diesel option will include a rear-wheel drive and a manual gearbox. If you go for the 2.2-liter diesel, you can choose between manual and automatic gearboxes, and it also offers a 4X4 feature. For the 2.0-liter turbo petrol engine, it can be matched with either a manual or automatic gearbox, but it’s only available with rear-wheel drive.
