The Mahindra ZEO EV SCV is available in two variants: ZEO V1 and ZEO V2
India’s top electric commercial vehicle manufacturer, Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited (MLMML), recently introduced the Mahindra ZEO. This electric four-wheeler small commercial vehicle (SCV) is tailored to meet the rising need for urban logistics solutions. The ZEO comes in two different models and starts at Rs 7.52 lakh (ex-showroom).
The Mahindra ZEO EV offers two deck types to choose from – Flat Side Deck (FSD) and Delivery Van (DV). The FSD version is available in two options: V1 at Rs 7.52 lakh and V2 at Rs 7.69 lakh. On the other hand, the Delivery Van model comes in V1 priced at Rs 7.82 lakh, and V2 at Rs 7.99 lakh.
If you are considering purchasing a Mahindra vehicle, some appealing finance options are available. You’ll find that the BaaS rental fee is Rs 2.25 for every kilometer. Mahindra offers you a 3-year or 1.25 lakh km warranty for the vehicle and a 7-year or 1.5 lakh km warranty for the battery.

Mahindra ZEO EV: Battery Range, Powertrain
You’ll have a choice between two battery options: 18.4 kWh and 21.3 kWh. These batteries can go up to 160 kilometers with an 18.4 kWh battery and reach 246 kilometers with a 21.3 kWh battery on a full charge. With a DC fast charger, you can add 100 kilometers of range to your vehicle in only 60 minutes of charge. The vehicle comes with different charging options, including a 3.3 kW onboard charger as the basic setup.
The ZEO runs on a powerful 300+ V system that boosts energy efficiency, range, and charging speed. It comes with an advanced electric motor that puts out 30 kW of power and 114 Nm of torque. A 21.3 kWh liquid-cooled battery guarantees strong performance. This vehicle can reach speeds of up to 60 km/h and carry loads of up to 765 kg. Plus, it features a spacious 2,250 mm cargo box to meet a variety of business requirements.

Mahindra ZEO EV: Safety Features
Safety is a top priority in the design of the ZEO. It comes with an AI-powered camera for the Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS), providing functions like alerts for lane departure, warnings for potential pedestrian collisions, and analysis of your driving habits. Additionally, the ZEO is fitted with Hill Hold Assist to keep you stable on slopes, while the battery and motor adhere to IP67 standards for safeguarding against water and dust.
The Mahindra ZEO EV is equipped with halogen headlights and a single windshield wiper. Inside, the cabin offers room for up to three people. At the back, the tailgate lowers to reveal large MAHINDRA branding, a feature often found on commercial vehicles. along with a 180 mm loaded ground clearance and a 2500 mm wheelbase to boost stability.
