New Honda Amaze ZX Variant Dominates with 60% of Total Bookings

The 2025 Honda Amaze has three versions: V, VX, and ZX.

The new third-generation Honda Amaze has just been launched, with starting prices at Rs 8 lakh (ex-showroom). Honda representatives have revealed that 60% of the total bookings are for the top trim, the ZX variant. Additionally, 65% of those ZX bookings are for the automatic (CVT) model. The mid-tier VX variant represents 30% of the bookings, while the base model makes up 10% of the total bookings.

The ex-showroom prices for the new Honda Amaze differ based on the model and transmission type. The Amaze V costs Rs 8.00 lakh for the manual transmission and Rs 9.20 lakh for the CVT. The Amaze VX is priced at Rs 9.10 lakh for the manual and Rs 10 lakh for the CVT. The top model, Amaze ZX, is available for Rs 9.70 lakh with the manual transmission and Rs 10.90 lakh for the CVT. Test drives for the new Amaze will begin on December 16, with deliveries anticipated to start by late December 2024.

You can choose from six color options- Platinum White Pearl, Lunar Silver Metallic, Meteoroid Grey Metallic, Golden Brown Metallic, Obsidian Blue Pearl, and Radiant Red Metallic. Inside, you’ll find a new dual-tone color scheme featuring black and beige tones, accented with silver highlights. The cabin also boasts a large 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system (8-inch on lower models) that supports wireless connectivity for both Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The new Honda Amaze features a reliable 1.2-liter, four-cylinder, naturally aspirated petrol engine that delivers a powerful 89 bhp and 110 Nm of torque. It comes with a standard 5-speed manual gearbox, but you can choose a CVT on higher trims. The manual version promises a fuel efficiency of 18.65 kilometers per liter, while the CVT automatic offers 19.46 kilometers per liter. Additionally, Honda offers a standard 3-year unlimited km warranty with the Amaze.
