Hero Xpulse 210 Powered by the Same Engine as Karizma XMR

The 2025 Bharat Mobility Expo in Delhi witnessed the grand unveiling of the Hero Xpulse 210, an eagerly anticipated update to the popular Xpulse 200. With a price tag of Rs 1.76 lakh (ex-showroom), the new Xpulse 210 brings a host of enhancements that promise to elevate the adventure biking experience. it offers excellent value for money and is sure to attract a lot of attention from biking enthusiasts.

Hero Xpulse 210 Design and Features

The Hero Xpulse 210 retains its iconic silhouette but introduces several fresh styling elements. The front mudguard has been redesigned to appear sharper, while the round LED headlamp, a signature feature of the Xpulse, remains unchanged. The motorcycle now boasts wider fuel tank covers and a taller windscreen, giving it a more commanding presence on the road. At the rear, the Xpulse 210 features a more compact exhaust setup and a brand-new tail lamp.

The Xpulse 210 is built to handle rough terrains with ease, thanks to its long-travel telescopic fork setup at the front and a rear mono shock setup. The front suspension offers 210 mm of travel, while the rear provides 205 mm. Braking duties are managed by disc brakes at both ends, supported by a switchable ABS system with multiple modes, ensuring optimal safety and control.

One of the standout features of the new Xpulse 210 is the 4.2-inch TFT display, replacing the previous LCD unit. This display comes equipped with smartphone connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation, enhancing the rider’s convenience and experience.

Hero Xpulse 210 Engine and Performance

The Xpulse 210 shares its engine with the Karizma XMR, but with some notable differences. While the Karizma’s engine produces 25.5hp, the Xpulse 210’s engine generates 24.6hp. The peak torque remains the same for both at 20.7Nm. The powertrain is paired with a six-speed manual gearbox and features an assist and slipper clutch for smoother operation.

Hero has reworked the engine with various internal changes, including a new crankshaft, to reduce its peaky character and make it more suitable for adventure riding. The motorcycle rides on a 21-inch front wheel and an 18-inch rear wheel, with a kerb weight of 170 kg, which is 11kg heavier than the Karizma XMR
