2025 KTM 390 Adventure Now Packs Tubeless Spoke Wheels & Cruise Control as Standard!
The 2025 KTM 390 Adventure has finally arrived in India with a starting price of Rs. 3.68 lakh. This makes it slightly more expensive than the previous top-spec SW variant of the outgoing model by Rs. 4,000. But what you get in return is a major upgrade in almost every area, making the new 390 Adventure a more hardcore adventure tourer.

2025 KTM 390 Adventure Design and Features
The new 390 Adventure now rides on a 21-17-inch tubeless spoke wheel combination, replacing the 19-17-inch alloy wheel setup of the previous model. The front wheels are supported by WP Apex USD forks with 200mm travel and adjustability for compression and rebound in 30 clicks. The rear features a monoshock with 205mm travel and 20-click rebound and 10-click preload adjustments.
The braking system includes a single 320mm disc with a radially mounted caliper up front and a 240mm rotor with a floating caliper at the rear. The kerb weight has marginally increased from 177kg to 183kg, while the fuel tank capacity remains the same at 14.5 litres.
The bike is also packed with more electronic aids, including cruise control, switchable cornering traction control, cornering ABS, off-road ABS, and three riding modes (Street, Rain, and Off-road). All the essential data is displayed on a new five-inch TFT dash with Bluetooth connectivity.

2025 KTM 390 Adventure Engine and Performance
The heart of the new 390 Adventure is its significantly revised 398.6cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine, which now produces 45.3bhp and 39Nm of torque, an increase of 2.4bhp and 2Nm from the previous model. This engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox along with a slipper clutch and a quick shifter.
