2025 Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RS featuring a tuned 180 bhp engine, Öhlins SmartEC3 suspension, and advanced rider aids.

Triumph India has officially launched the 2025 Speed Triple 1200 RS, bringing sharper performance and advanced tech to the country’s premium sportbike segment. Priced at Rs 20.39 lakh (ex-showroom), the flagship roadster now features mechanical refinements and smart rider-assist systems designed to elevate both street and track riding.

Engine & Performance

The latest version keeps the strong 1,160 cc liquid-cooled, triple-cylinder engine but has been tuned for more power. Power has increased to 180 bhp from 177 bhp. Torque remains at 128 Nm. It now features a six-speed gearbox with a dual-direction quickshifter. These changes result in quicker throttle response and smoother shifting, making rides more exciting and responsive.

Triumph’s 2025 model introduces a big tech upgrade, making the Speed Triple 1200 RS smarter and more adaptable. It now features the Öhlins SmartEC3 Suspension System with an Objective Based Tuning Interface (OBTi), allowing riders to customize their ride easily. The bike comes with cornering ABS and traction control.

The braking system relies on high-quality components. The front has 320 mm twin floating discs paired with Brembo Stylema calipers. At the rear, a 220 mm disc works with twin-piston Brembo calipers. The tires are Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa SP V3, which come standard.

Speed Triple 1200 RS: Teach Feature

There are five ride modes: Rain, Road, Sport, Track, and Rider. Rider aids include front wheel lift control, engine brake management, and brake slide control. A 5-inch TFT display shows important info and includes cruise control. These new features combine speed with intelligence, helping the bike respond to every twist, turn, or change in terrain.
