Jeep India has rolled out a special treat for SUV enthusiasts with the launch of the Jeep Meridian 85th Anniversary Edition, priced at ₹36.05 lakh (ex-showroom). This commemorative model celebrates Jeep’s rich legacy while adding a modern twist, making it one of the most exclusive SUVs in the country.

Limited to just 85 units, the Anniversary Edition is based on the top-spec Overland trim and comes without any price premium. What sets it apart are the subtle yet striking cosmetic upgrades. The exterior flaunts 85th Anniversary decals on the doors, tailgate, and wheel caps, complemented by Gloss Black 18-inch alloy wheels. Buyers can choose from a palette of White, Metallic Green, Red, Grigio Magnesio, and Black finishes, ensuring individuality with every purchase.

Inside, the cabin adopts an elegant all-black theme highlighted by Mayan Gold accents across the dashboard. Ambient lighting enhances the premium feel, while Jeep also offers optional AXS packages. These add-ons include carpet floor mats, anniversary decal kits, upgraded ambient lighting, and panoramic sunroof illumination, giving owners the freedom to personalize their SUV further.
A major highlight of this edition is the debut of Stellantis’ CARA AI voice assistant on the Meridian. Supporting 52 languages, including several Indian dialects, CARA AI allows occupants to control navigation, weather updates, music, calls, reminders, and select vehicle functions using natural voice commands—minimizing screen interaction and maximizing convenience.
Mechanically, the SUV remains unchanged. It continues with the trusted 2.0-litre turbo-diesel engine delivering 168 bhp and 350 Nm of torque, paired with a 9-speed automatic transmission. This ensures the Anniversary Edition retains the robust performance and capability Jeep Meridian owners expect.
